Delete your account and everything in it
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery.
Or email pangorun@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my PangoRun data" and we'll do it for you.
Delete your activity without deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Reset progress. This erases your runs, routes, distance, XP, streak and coins, and keeps your account and friends.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, avatar, email), every run and route, feed posts, captions, comments and kudos, chat messages, friends, segments and efforts, league standing, badges and coins.
What is kept, and for how long
Records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, and anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you. Deleted records are removed from our live database immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Apple Health & Health Connect
Data written to Apple Health or Health Connect stays in those apps — PangoRun cannot delete it. Remove it there.
