By creating an account or using PangoRun, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

PangoRun is a running and fitness app that tracks your runs via GPS, connects you with friends, and includes real-time and asynchronous multiplayer running challenges. Some features are free; others require a Premium subscription.

You must be 13 or older to use PangoRun — this is confirmed during onboarding. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Be a good sport. Don't harass, threaten, or impersonate other runners; don't post content that's illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit; don't cheat (e.g. spoofing GPS to fake a run or race result); and don't use the app to spam or scrape other users' data. You can report content or block another user at any time from the feed, chat, nearby runners, or a room — we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own the runs, photos, captions, and messages you post. By sharing them on PangoRun, you give us a license to store, display, and transmit that content to the friends you've shared it with, and — for a public share link or card — to whoever you choose to send it to. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you post.

PangoRun is a fitness companion, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. Run at your own pace and stop if something feels wrong.

GPS location is approximate and can be inaccurate — don't rely on it, road-safety alerts, or any in-app routing as a guarantee of your surroundings. Stay aware of traffic, terrain, and your environment; follow local laws; and use your own judgment, especially when running near roads or in unfamiliar areas.

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat) at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, and are charged to your store account. Manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or directly in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.

PangoRun, the Pango mascot, and the app's design are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its assets outside of normal use.

PangoRun relies on third-party services (maps, routing, billing, and others — listed in our Privacy Policy) to work. We aren't responsible for outages or errors in those services that are outside our control.

PangoRun is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury sustained while running. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

PangoRun is operated by Rojen Wairokpam and Ningthem Longjam. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
